Role & Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and maintain engaging coupon marketing strategies for targeted brands and CPG’s (including the West hub ) based on their unique goals and budget
  • Collaborate with all West Hub Retailers on how to optimize their digital products to connect with consumers more effectively
  • Inform CPGs and internal stakeholders about new marketing opportunities or workflows at retailers
  • Consultant CPGs on how to win on the digital shelf through content optimization and organic search
  • Analysis of marketing post campaign reporting containing thought leadership and optimization recommendations
  • Build strong relationships with retailers and CPGs to drive innovation and white space
  • Subject Matter Expert on all things digital for west hub retailers
  • Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitive landscape
  • Plan and implement product launches, ensuring effective communication and promotion
  • Analyze sales data and customer insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve campaign performance
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Stay informed about retail industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Have a history working with and marketing to Brands and CPG’s
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and customer behavior
  • Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative and effective marketing campaigns
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Familiarity with retail software and analytics tools
  • Passion for retail and a customer-centric mindset
