Propina sugerida impresa en la cuenta<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Para los negocios en los que se imprime un recibo y se lo entrega a sus clientes, hemos agregado una funci\u00f3n para imprimir propinas sugeridas por porcentaje en la cuenta, as\u00ed como una opci\u00f3n para que el cliente escriba una cantidad de propina personalizada en el recibo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Esta caracter\u00edstica har\u00e1 que sea m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil para los clientes elegir su opci\u00f3n y proporcionar el recibo a su operador, quien luego puede procesar el pago y la propina.<\/p>\n\n\n

Prevenci\u00f3n de cierre de cuentas cuando la integraci\u00f3n de Hotel\/PMS est\u00e9 fuera de l\u00ednea<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Para los negocios que cuentan con una integraci\u00f3n a Hotel\/PMS, hemos a\u00f1adido una nueva funcionalidad para prevenir que no se registre la informaci\u00f3n de manera correcta en dicha integraci\u00f3n. Esta caracter\u00edstica permite prevenir que una o varias cuentas sean cerradas cuando la integraci\u00f3n con el Hotel\/PMS cuenta con alg\u00fan error de conexi\u00f3n con GivexPOS o est\u00e1 fuera de l\u00ednea (apagada).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Al intentar cerrar una cuenta con una forma de pago mapeada a la interfaz de Hotel\/PMS, obtendremos la siguiente advertencia;<\/p>\n\n\n

Excluir m\u00e9todos de pago para env\u00edo a la interfaz de Hotel\/PMS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Para los negocios que cuentan con una integraci\u00f3n a Hotel\/PMS<\/strong>, hemos a\u00f1adido una nueva funcionalidad para el control de la informaci\u00f3n que se registra en dicha integraci\u00f3n. Ahora tiene la opci\u00f3n de excluir los m\u00e9todos de pago para ser que no sean enviados a la interfaz de Hotel\/PMS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En su portal Administrativo (Gportal), dentro de nuestra secci\u00f3n GivexPOS > Configuraci\u00f3n > Configuraci\u00f3n de Sistema de administraci\u00f3n de propiedad<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Basta con dejar en blanco el campo de la forma de pago que queremos excluir de env\u00edo al PMS.<\/p>\n\n\n
