Inside Sales Representative (Toronto)

Givex is looking for a strong sales minded candidate to join the inside sales team. As a member of the inside sales team you will help drive revenue, adoption, and market penetration in the North American market.
Reporting to the Director, Business Development you will focus on generating new premium leads, while cultivating inbound leads and converting them into clients. You will focus on selling our platform of products Gift Card Programs, Loyalty Programs, GivexPOS, GivexPay and Online Ordering.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Process and distribute online website leads
- Answer and process incoming phone leads
- Monitor and answer questions with the Givex online Chat Tool
- Cold call leads from our online DB
- Cold call leads from lead generation lists
- Enter leads into online DB
- Process and sell new business lead in all industries and regions
- Develop client relationships with current Givex clients
- Manage referring and reselling dealer relationships
- Handle and process new deals
- Sales meetings
- Online demos
- Trade shows
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Winning attitude and team spirit
- Good computer skills
- Excellent communication skills; listening, writing, speaking, running meetings
- Quick learner and adopter
- College degree or similar in experience
- Multilingualism is an asset
