Your hotel, your own currency.

Built specifically for hotels and resorts, the Resort Card was created to replace the account that was created based on your room number, to a more private and secure format that benefits both the guest and the hotel.

The process is simple. Upon checking in, guests are provided with your branded payment card which they can use to make purchases during their stay including services, food, beverages and merchandise. The amount can be determined based on a credit card pre-authorization. The payment card can also have PIN type functionality through our Mobile Wallet, to protect against fraudulent transactions, and eliminate unnecessary customer service situations where the guest does not agree with a specific charge.

The system tracks all guest purchases in real-time, offering an easy way for customers to track their spending online through our Customer WebSuite (CWS) tools. Resort staff can also check the balance of a guest’s card from the POS, and ensure the guest settles their account at checkout.
